Transformers Pretenders certainly is one of my fav TF line… It’s actually more Japanese when Transformers transcended from Headmasters / Targetmasters / Powermasters to Masterforce… Victory Leo / Star Saber when the mecha design started to resemble more to Takara Brave Hero series robots… The long wait is finally over now that Hasbro released the Legacy Evolution Metalhawk. Moreover, it’s very anime accurate in robot mode even though it didn’t come with the human disguise shell, like the vintage holy grail play set. Still, this is a great tribute to the leader of Transformers Pretenders squad… Metalhawk transforms to jet plane. Still very anime accurate… Just feel that the colors are a bit flamboyant. A bit disappointed as there is no landing gear in jet mode… Would also like to show you guys some of my miniature Metalhawk as well… Transformers Pretender transform!!!
