Remembering waking up real early to watch Samurai Troopers aka Ronin Warriors, before leaving for school in the past… This is the motivation not to be late for school as a kid. Love how they donned their armour of different element. They like similar to Saint Seiya as well as Shurato in some ways.

K.I.T.T Knight Rider JADA Toys Die-cast Model

 

Introducing one of the most iconic vehicles in the 80s series, K.I.T.T (Knight Industries Three Thousand) Knight Rider die-cast model by JADA Toys… Who does want an A.I car… The opening song of the show is definitely one of my all-time favourite.. The moving lights in in-front gives plenty of soul to K.I.T.T . Mine is the smaller 1/32 scale JADA die-cast model, therefore it does not come with light gimmick. Nevertheless, I added the effects by photo-editing. Very realistic as the die-cast model is made from metal and with rubber wheels. The doors even open!

Today marks the last day of Lunar New Year 2021 (15th day of the Lunar Calendar). Did something different from past years by doing a compilation auspicious pics with lucky red. Feeling blessed to be on break and well spending my Lunar New Year  with love ones. Our family even managed to go for staycation at Shipping Container Hotel. 

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Tanjiro Sword (Jaia) & Snacks

 

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba certainly took the manga and anime world by storm. Like most, I have also took a liking for the anime. Episode 19 is by far my favourite episode in the series with the strongest action and emotion. Zenitsu remains my most beloved characters and till now my only figurine related to this anime. Think I will have more coming lol... 

I like interesting stuffs and would tend to get my hands on anime related snacks such as these snacks (wafer + chocolate bar) with Demon Slayer artworks when I find them a Japanese supermarket. They usually have sticker or card within as souvenir. 

Another featured item in this post is Tanjiro's plastic replica sword by Jaia. If I'm correct, this toy comes under the category of prize item. Fortunately, the item is available for purchase at anime store locally without the need to catch from crane catcher machine. Well, I'm sure there are folks there who enjoy the thrill of crane catcher machine. Tanjiro plastic sword belongs to Desmond and appreciate that he showed me the toy during our last meet-up. 

Starcom LASER R.A.T

Starcom is easily one of my favourite cartoon when I was a kid! Any boys would love space exploration and battles. On top of all, the toys have really awesome gimmicks without the need of batteries. LASER R.A.T is a light assault vehicle which turns from a cargo box with a click of a button (I think its spring mechanism). This toy line also uses magnet for toyetic purposes. Comes with mini figures in space suit. The visor on the helmet is able to flip open but its the earliest to lose. 

Teenage Mutate Ninja Turtles (TMNT) Mini Skateboard Keychains

Thank you Benson for this set of Teenage Mutate Ninja Turtles (TMNT) mini skateboard keychains. The set was released by Herocross under the license of Nikelodeon. I used to enjoy skateboarding as a kid and of course watching TMNT cartoon as the actions are awesome and the shows are always lively.

These mini skateboards are great display and I won't be using them as keychain. Each skateboard has its own unique design and wheel colour. Raphael quote "Heroes in a half shell!". Leonardo quote "Turtle Power". Michelangelo favourite catch phase "Cowabunga!". Last but not least Donatello quote "Party Dude". I'm glad I got this diorama that goes so well with TMNT related stuff.
