Dennis' Top Ten Toys (TTT) 2013

Gift from Kenny! On my display cabinet and I'm honor to show Kenny's model kit skills.

Runner up : MG RGZ-91 Re-GZ
Its distinctive mecha design and colour scheme caught my attention and it's definitely one of my fond B-grade gundams.

Impressive remake of the anime in movie inspired me to look back on my earlier collection by Yamato in 2001

One which I have kept very long and still loving it.  Good sculpt and paint works from Kotobukiya with sword of Inferno

My very own Gundam tumbler used at workplace. Help take away stress @ work!
Exclusive and only available @ Gundam Front Tokyo and now the personal use.

Watched and luv anime, so got this tangible related item as tribute ^_^

SOTA action figure of Street Fighter is always my preferred choice and today's featured toy would be an 8" Gouken produced in 2006

Support flight hover-craft type vehicle used by League Militaire, that the regular 1/144 scale MS in Pocket from Victory Gundam could ride on.

Kind of regretted selling the pair away. Happy to be once their keeper

Can't help feeling a sense of remorsefulness for not blogging enough this year. In fact, there are few I could choose from as Top Ten Toys TTT. So it's more like 'Top Ten Things' instead. There were other good toy reviews which I had done this year, just that they ain't in the nomination list as TTT are dedicated to stuffs I own or had once owned.

On the other hand, 2013 had been meaningful, looking back @ my toy journey. My otaku trip to the land of toys truly was inspirational and enlightening. Not forgetting having an awesome traveling companion. Thank you Stanley!

2013 also is the year, I had my first anime concert 'Night of Valvrave' experience and it was a great one. I would say my favourite segment definitely was when TMR and Nana Mizuki hit the stage with those powerhouse vocals and superb supporting band members.

I had watched a lot more anime or anime related movies on big screen this year like 'Tiger & Bunny Movie 1', 'One Piece Z Movie', 'Hentai Kamen Live Action', 'Samurai X Live Action' and 'Gatchman Live Action'. Looking forward to more next year.

This year, I had managed to successfully curbed my bad habit of impulse toy buying. I could confidently say I wiser on my choice of toy purchase and I'm glad that I had also donated some toys to raise fund for charity this year.

ps: Thank you for the support! Katsuden wishing you a Happy New Year and may you have a even better new year ahead!

i’m glad that this year was meaningful for you, pal... in the collectionism matters but also in your personal life, i guess... i think that a good goal for you next year, would be to publish more in your blog !!! LOL... i think we all evolve as collectors, in many ways, or should i say: we grow up, but some crazes remain intact... XD

this year for me will be remembered as one without TTT... not because i didn’t get great collectibles, but because i was involved in other activites... also, i had to exercise my continence, since my budget for collectibles was cut down markedly (although i managed to get some marvellous collectibles whereas the abundance was in force), but now, as you, i’m more selective in order to invest money in other priorities and responsibilities...

i wish you blessings and success in the new year, pal !!! =)

Yes pal, I will be blogging more for 2014 as I itched to do more... True that we have grown in the way we pursue our toy collection journey. Money invested in other priorities and responsibilities. I see it in my other collector friends around me too! All the best in life and as well as in our hobbies. Lets enjoy life the way we like most. Cheers!

Nice action figure collections :D. I started collecting action figures on 2012 mostly MG gunplas, and some SIC (Dark Kiva & Ixa)

Ha! Ha! I hope not to expand my collection too vast. Great sticking to MG and SIC there. SIC is a good variant to Kamen Riders with a darker look. They are a great line of toys.

Was doing that to push myself to look back of the post and remind myself to strive and do more review of my toys. Wake up call. Hee! Hee!

What an interesting mix of TTT for 2013. I am looking forward however to 2014 as it will be the a GREAT one for me. Leave the old behind and look towards the new (toys and figures that is)!
