Unit 01 vs Unit 06 - A sneak preview of my resin Unit 01 statue
Evangelion EVA Unit Mark-06 is one of the new Evangelion units to be introduced in the Rebuild of Evangelion tetralogy till Evangelion: 3.0 You can (not) Redo. The final armored Mark.06 is a deep blue with yellow trim. The horned helmet, which bears a strong resemblance to Unit-01's, has a red visor covering the eye holes. Credits : FANDOM powered by Wikia
I didn't really pay much attention to this mecha, not even after watching the anime. At least not until I managed to gacha Kaworu, its pilot on the mobile game Line Rangers during the Evangelion Event. Kaworu is able to summon EVA Unit Mark-06 during the game play which make the mecha extra meaningful. Kaworu is doubtlessly the most popular male character in the Evangelion universe. His image is that of a chilling dark angel. The Evangelion mecha he pilots fits this image perfectly.
This mecha takes on a navel blue as the primary colour with a bit of yellow. The sleek body lines kind of reflects Kaworu's own appearance, and the Halo that hung above his head hints at the character's origins. The Evangelion unit Mark-06 is on the move!
Some simple assembly (by attaching the lower legs and the angel halo) of this game-prize item from Sega is required. This PVC figure is part of a limited SEGA EVA unit series. It stands approximately 10" (27cm) tall. It's a Sega Prize 2011 from crane games in Japan. Too bad the figure isn't detailed enough, having those fine markings being overlooked. I personally like the unicorn on the head (similarly to Unit 01) and the red visor.

The head design with horn looks fierce :P
Seems like EVA units with horn are for male protagonists : ) more badass though
Thank you π
