Paul Verhoeven has an unique style of injecting his thoughts into action movies with news flashes. His movies always sent out strong messages of justice and camaraderie. Another thing to look out for in Paul Verhoeven's would be his splendid choice of soundtracks. I would say Paul Verhoeven's directing and Basil Poledouris' orchestra theme makes perfect combination. Two of Paul Verhoeven's movies which I especially like are 'Robocop' and 'Starship Troopers'.
