Millennium Mechagodzilla 2002 Bandai Vinyl Figure

Introducing my favourite Mechagodzilla design in all Godzilla franchises. It's none other than Millennium Mechagodzilla with its Absolute Zero Cannon on its shoulder! Mechagodzilla is known better to the Japanese as Kiryu aka the machine dragon. This mecha that stands up against Godzilla is featured in two films 'Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla' and 'Godzilla Tokyo S.O.S'. If you flip over the tail, you get to see the authentic marking engraved Bandai 2002 and its made in China. From Bandai the Deluxe Millennium Mechagodzilla large vinyl figure is an authentic recreation of the iconic mecha.

Millennium Mechagodzilla also has side armament on its forearm which you see on the figure. Actually this side armament has a short blade which in theory can be extended plus discharge a crippling electrical surge into his opponent's body. In additional, Millennium Mechagodzilla is able to  use it tail as an effective weapon to swing towards its opponent with sheer force.

This detailed vinyl Mechagodzilla replica features accurate sculpting and paint treatments with four points of articulation on the arms, waist and tail for enhanced realism. Not the best but cool enough for decent display. I really like it older version that is made bigger in scale standing approximately 9".

Bro, you got the new Ultraman in anime version? is that a SHF Ultraman?

This MechaGodzilla looks kind of funny and exaggerated in the proportions, but very much in the style you expect for a monster that has strong ties with the Tokusatsu genre... Uhmmm, the work on the tail is particularly interesting and very detailed for a figure of its kind!...

Bro, the Ultraman figure is not SHF but a non posable appendix from the manga. Previously reviewed @ https://dennis-toys.blogspot.com/2018/04/manga-ultraman-exclusive-ultraman-suit.html?m=1

@ Chris - Maybe the open arms pose makes it kind of awkward. Honestly, this sculpt is not the best but one that is big and not too taxing on my wallet. X-Plus version is said to be the most proportional and accurate.
