Check out the prototype Charlie/Nash vs Guile statue! Statues these days not only achieve nice sculpt but also going the extra mile of electronic light-up components. Street Fighter action figures had been re-ignited with STORM Collectibles, also with Mortal Combat added to their licensee. I personally like Bison and Zangief for their bulging muscles.
For anime, there were Dragon Ball stuffs like S.H Figuart Nappa, Android 17 and 18 Figurise plus miniature DBZ vehicle model kits. HMO had brought STGCC exclusive 'Black Sorrow', Spectral Knights 'Muriel'. XM Studios had showcase Hunter Predator. Some other custom painted Predator motorcycle helmets @ Artist Alley, Tantansin Studio.

If it's customed painted on a certified helmet manned for road. I don't see there is a problem.. though it maybe a subjective to other traffic or miscellaneous rulings...
