This year STGCC had received quite a lot of attentions, riding on the hyper of 'May the 4th' event, the 1st Singapore Star Wars Run and now 'Experience the Force'. Star Wars episode 8 toys had also showcased even before the movie launch. Just checkout some of these Star Wars 'Hot Toys' figurines at STGCC. Japanese toy company like Bandai was also at this year STGCC to promote their Star Wars toy and model kit line-up, like the PG Perfect Grade Millennium Falcon as well as the Chogokin R2D2 after a long long wait since the released of Chogokin C3P0.
Visitors to Bandai booth can also have a feel of the prototype Chogokin R2D2 which weighs around 1kg. Star Wars toys also come in various adorable forms like those displayed at 'Beast Kingdom' booth and Funko POP! version on sale at 'Simply Toys' booth. 'Beast Kingdom' also the exclusive Egg Attack Action! The Empire Strike Back Darth Vader Hologram version. Winter came to this STGCC with Iron Throne made by Jedi Lightsabers! Hopes are high at Star Wars 'Experience the Force' section with larger-than-life fan built installations, giving visitors the chance to step into the cabin of Millennium Falcon for the best photo taking experience. Star Wars cosplayers are common sight at the section. There is a gallery displaying Star Wars toys as well as huge diorama on the Rebel's fighter planes hangar and epic dog fight scene between Tie Fighter and my favourite X-Wing!
