This is without doubt my favourite part of the convention, it carries some Japanese taste which really excites me. Some top notch statues from IMAGINARIUM with Ultra Magnus and Soundwave. HMO exhibited a few really sci-fi statue too and I'm glad that they decided to remove the acrylic cover for a clearer view.
Falcon's Hangar showcases a wide selection of fan projects again related to Transformers as well as other Japan's mecha such as Mazinger, Robot 17 and etc. Nostalgic to find GX-71 chogokin Voltron displayed at Bandai booth, its chogokin. A good mixture of Bandai display not overwhelm with Gundam.
Sentinel continue their focus on Japan's mecha with Hatsune Miku Robot as their event exclusive. I personally find the robots bearing manjong tile icons unique and captivating. Two fascinating finds for me would certainly be 'Aliens' Dropship since I love everything related to the movie and the a figure of 'Macross' Hikaru Ichigo.

The Ultraman in robot form looks pretty cool but pricey after all.
It looks like we are twinned in our tastes, since as you, I was captivated by the Aliens Dropship !!!... It’s just too awesome, with its near-future-vietnam-waresque style... And come to think that other fabulous desings were discarded, in order to give the correct feeling to the film... It was the right choice and it became one of the most (if not the most) iconic spaceships ever created !!!... =OOOOO
That's why need to very selective these day when come to buying toys.
Yeah! I really like the Aliens Dropship too. Unfortunately, I have few western toys and the I doubt that piece can fit my collection.
