House visit by Wei Xian's invitational and this coverage will be the awesomeness of Sangokuden, better known as 'Brave Battle Warriors'. Avid collector such as Wei Xian had almost completed his line of Sangokuden kits except those clear version, Liu Bang and 'Dian Chao' (holy grail of all Sangokuden kits that come in the bundle with the purchase of Sangokuden DVD Japanese box-set and cost around almost $300 Singapore dollars).
At first, I was just thinking of snapping some casual pics on Wei Xian's collection displayed in his cabinet but Wei Xian so...... nice to bring out every single Sangokuden kit, bunch by bunch of characters from Shu, Wei and Wu respectively for photo-shoot. All fully assembled, painted and some even customized.
Most of the popular characters like Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Guan Yu, Zhangfei, Sima Yi, Zhuge Liang... etc.. with various versions were also part of his collection. Wei Xian is still looking for the 'Seven Gems Sword' for his BB Cao Cao. The top three Sangokuden kits from Wei Xian's collection that caught my eyes would be his customised Wei Yan, fully painted Sun Jian and the limited edition chariot set which Yuan Shao was riding.
Many thanx to Wei Xian for the hospitality and the gifts (Lu Meng and Gan Ning). I will work on them. Cheers!

They do look nice in hordes and Weixian is even looking into working on diorama on epic battles during the era of Romance of Three Kingdoms.
I can see the devotion that Weixian did to everyone of them. Worth the coverage here.
Not only so bro, Wei Xian also had offered to paint my Sun Jian and Sun Quan White Tiger. I'm thrilled to see his WIP and he's collection had added new poison to me. Lolz.
Its a remarkable collection and many kudos to the collector for amassing these. I remember scoffing the idea of a 3 Kingdom Gundam as I was a big fan of both but didn't think they should combine. I gave the series a try with an open mind and came to like it. I couldn't resisit and bought some of the kits as well.
Since me and my son have built a few of these, I showed him your photos. Needless to say, he is quite a bit jealous of them. He especially liked the Limited Edition Chariot set.

Sangokuden is also my favourite BB series that all come right in place for me cos I luv both Gundam and characters from ROTK. I know not all would think the same but at least for me, this is an awesome crossover beyond boundaries.

I definitely understand how your son feels cos I felt that stench of sourness too. I wanted those too and yes, I'm still looking for the Limited Edition Chariot set to add to my collection. I'm thankful that Wei Xian gave me his unbuilt Lu Meng & Gan Ning BB warriors.
