This year, there seems to be more entries and the standard of Gunpla artifacts had increased. It's an old habit of mine to save my favourite to the last and goes the same for photo presentation. No because these are the better kits but more of a personal preference for MS from the U.C timeline. Anyway, my post has no weightage to the result that would be announced this 25th November 2012, which is also the last chance for Gunpla fans in Singapore to catch a glimpse of these nicely done artifact with heart and soul!

somehow these works appeal me more, i guess is the realistic factor... the Bandai releases are very nice as weel, specially the Gundam Delta Kai... there are two dioramas that caught my attention the most: the one with the RX-78 against a Zaku (with another gundam MS, half destroyed inside a building), the car in the middle of the action looks cute LOL... also the one with the Sinanju flying... if only the glasses were antireflection =/... =)
Like you, I'm inclined to Gunpla during U.C time and certainty the realism they offer. The top three picks would be 'Reload', 'Unicorn thru mirror and the Hyaku Shinki.
There are a lot of hopefuls thinking Bandai might perhaps have Gundam Delta in MG version. As for MG Nu Gundam KA, it's an improvement but yet another epic Gundam on the Amuro's legacy.
Is that gouf on the platform near the end of ur post part of the competition entries as well? Looks of pla-plates used for the base!
Did leon ku participate the contest?

Yup, that Gouf is an entry and it look awesome with a diorama coming out from a section of the Musai carrier. Highly impressive isn't it?

I didn't notice if he had entered the contest this year. I seriously think he had already earned his well known reputation and entering the such contest has become secondary.
I like your friend's entry. The armor looks awesome :) Just curious, do you also participate in this contest?
Good luck to all contestants
My friend will be so pleased to receive such compliment. I like Gundam so doing a few Gunpla or model kits of the mecha I like, came natural. My skill has not reach competition standard and beside, I tends to rush through my work. Kind of amateur and didn't progress to airbrushing.
Yes. Definitely is!
These year entries are strong and some are quite massive to have proper framing as too big to be capture on photo. LOL
Took me quite a while to capture some of these pics especially the reflection caused by the casement and the size of the artifact and people moving around. Still its pretty awesome look at them.
