GFF Psycho Gundam MK-II Metal Composite

A recap post dated 8th September 2008 on the GFF Psycho Gundam MK-II Metal Composite. Launched  during time when GFF metal composite in 1/100 scale just took flight before its huge success now with Exia Gundam, next in line. 4 years had passed and here's how it look after I had put it on display inside my cabinet. Surprised and impressed that the toy still maintained in mint condition without metal oxidation and colour fading. Still proudly standing at a height above 12" with detailed paint works all over. Needless to mention the massive size and weight contributed by steel, provided a delighting feel on the my hands.

The reason for this recap was mainly for archiving as I had sold this toy to a fellow blogger and collector friend as he needed this to complete his GFF metal composite toyline and as for me, I could have the extra money for other new toys and cleared some space of storage. The toy was fully transformable to flight mode but I didn't do it when taking pics because it seems complicated and the instruction in japanese, even with pics and arrows signs, still is rather difficult for me to understand. Another reason would be I didn't want to loosen those tight joints or scratch the paint before transferring the ownership.

GFF Psycho Gundam MK-II Metal Composite has cool gimmicks as well with those interchangeable hands that enables illustration of different poses such as cable connection psycommu fists. Other addition items included the shield, reactor bits and display stand. This GFF is kind of epic now with the price at new heights. The released price was fairly reasonable for such a massive toy with metal component 4 years back and since I'm selling to a friend, there was no profit made.

Bro, you really like those big mean villain looking Gundam just like Devil Gundam. Actually I prefer the Mark 1 Psycho Gundam but I only have the MSIA version. Nevertheless, it still good enough.

I can tell that they are unique and in a way very powerful in the anime. GFF really has the top notch detail so far with printing that super cede even water slide decals.

Keeping the MSIA Psycho Gundam for the time being cos like the Four Murasame figure that comes with it. Will keep it in box first to give away for display of other kit. Keep you in the loop of I even want to let go.
