Gonna thank Leon from this souvenir from his recent Japan trip! From the amazing new Ultimate Luminous Ultraman capsule aka gashapon toy figure series! Since my pick is Ultraman Cosmos, I'm going to talk a bit more on him. Basically he is another gentle Ultra from an unknown galaxy. He is known for his calm and gentle fighting style, and his compassion for monsters. He first went to Earth to protect it from the Alien Baltan Basical's invasion. Cool dude!
I actually find this figure justify the increasing price tag of gashapon toys these days. Perhaps, including the L.E.D lamp would even sweeten the deal. What a gotcha to get Ultraman! Nonetheless, you can complete the diorama with building, gas tank and luminous units to complete the set. Simple assembly required, the figure hold up itself well and has a base, making the standing full proof. Ultraman figures stand about 5 inches tall when assembled! The building includes one light-up "Luminous Unit" that can be used with a figure or placed in the building for lighting effects! It's a lot more fun under dim lightings! Sugoi!!!
