I recently saw an exclusive Robot Damashii Jegan for S$80/-, which is somehow out of my budget these days (after having 3 kids). Since I have the MSIA of Jegan, I guess I should stay contented and make do with it. In terms of height, MSIA is of a small scale and I don't think it's as flexible & sleek as the Damashii, however I think MSIA still considered quite a decent action figure. Like most other mass produced mecha, MSIA Jegan also comes with a standard rifle, shield, thrusters pack and a beam saber (looks pretty powerful to me looking at the boardness of the beam). It's cool feature would be the removable beam saber handle and pocket missiles on both the side skirts.

Bro, understand how you feel as you have third kids to take care..I got my house renovation and wedding preparation as well..headache headache..Have reduced buying Hot Toys figures now :)
Oh yes, I remember all money saving kind of reduce to zero after renovation and customary. Commitment just built up once you start a family of your own.
Since moving and getting a job at 1/2 my pay, it has become hard to buy stuff as well. It has to be really something I want so I can convince my wife - LOL
This toy certainly look better outside the packaging. hehehe

I always believe in respecting my wife and seeking her opinion if I am to buy a more expensive toy. Especially now that I have changed my job with a pay cut. Looks like we are very much the same.

The old packaging of MSIA are mosting like this open concept clear plastic. One thing for sure you won't pick the wrong figure. Hee! Hee!
i tried to cut the budget as well on toys. it sucks, but have to try. those Hot Toys are too tempting. hohoho
It sucks when the toys you like releasing too fast and too many but on the other hand you only have this much spare cash on hand. Aghhhhh.......
& what bout those unemployed ??? like me barely a week ago... thx GOD i hav a brand new job, but as a sort of self-control i decided to reduce my toys shopping (with the parallel pain in my heart LOL), is a matter of responsibility... ohhh, the figure itself, hehehe... i like it, is a good & affordable option when chogokins r far from our budget, indeed is a nice figure & looks fine on display =)
Glad to hear that you found a job. Seems like at this blog there's quite some sorrows we all had poured out. All the best to everyone!
I think this jegan comes with base jabber but it doesn't because I've see this MSIA comes with base jabber
Only the US giftset has got the base jabber. I hope to get that too but it's rather hard to find one like this in Asia shipping alone makes it not very worth.
i have the gunpla version but the MSIA really tops it with its details!
Same here on the budget cut :P Always have to consult the CFO of the family (my wife) before buying stuff!
I have seen your post on HGUC Regan back then and I think it awesome! MSIA is for lazy people like me. Ha! Ha!
