"Warning, Throw Down Your Weapon, You Have 15 seconds to comply". Imposing but defective AI product of OCP (Omni Consumer Products) in the first Robocop movie. Can't you see OCP, you need the ethic of a police officer... not this piece of bulky junk. What's more, it kills people during its first demo and cry like a baby when fell from the stairs. It is so bad that I love it! ED-209 is a display spectacular and it complement my RoboCop figure so well! Oops! Mine is a McFarlane RoboCop figure... Nevermind then...
This 10" enforcement droid is highly detailed and movie accurate. Just look at the details on the arms. Checkout those guns, missiles and cables on the arms. The hydraulic and lever on the legs are very amazing too! It's massive and definitely a worthy opponent for RoboCop. The articulation is fairly good with head swivels, waist, hips, and guns at the shoulders being articulated plus the legs extend and retract and last the foot pad articulate just like in the film.

I made a little research to know if MacFarlane Toys ever made an ED-209 and I found that it was not the case... However, I must say that the overall quality in this NECA figure is substantially more than decent, with a few uneven spots here and there, but very satisfying to see and affordable as far as I know!... Definitely a very nice option for Robocop fans!... It reminds me the curious and unexpected "nervous attack" when it fell from stairs, it’s very surrealistic, the touch of Paul Verhoeven!...
Yeah bro! This is decent piece to compliment Robocop that’s within my budget. It’s also one of the most recognizable nemesis of Robocop. It’s a reminder of AI lacking human consciousness which makes it inferior to Robocop despite its superiority in fireplace.
Bro, the size and height of ED-209 matches Robocop very well.
Yeah, somehow NECA and Mc Farlane Robocop are of the same scale so this ED-209 goes well with McFarlane figure too : )
