Definitely a vintage Patlabor toy that was made in 1989 by Bandai. This is a Cloth Gear System whereby the toy comes in a metal skeleton and you have to fix the armour on it. Quite a heavy toy that would look a bit stout after assembled. The other setback is the articulation of the toy. Well! We can't expect to much from a toy that was made so long ago.I used to have the bootleg version that look exactly like the original but does not bear the Bandai logo. Decided only to keep the original hence sold the bootleg away.
