They say black brings out the details… There was a controversy among Gundam community 14 years ago when Sichuan built a bootleg orange Gundam RX-78-2… After much media shaming, a version 2.0 was introduced to avoid infringement and this version aka T.X.-178 MK II Sichuan Tian Xiang Mk-II ( 天郷2号) gained much attention for its unique design comprising of both Gundam and Zaku fused together. There were lots of memes as well as fan arts on this glorified machine which eventually got its own sofubi toy by Daibandong, renaming the machine as Mad Gun… This piece more like a prototype and more painted ones were introduced over time…
