Biggs Darklighter X-Wing Rebel Pilot 3.75" Figure (Star Wars 30th Anniversary)

You Rebel Scum!!! Before Luke Skywalker, the Rebel Alliance had another hero: Biggs Darklighter. For the first time, the full story of Luke's boyhood friend is revealed from his departure from Tatooine to attend the Imperial Academy, to his decision to lead a mutiny against the Empire and join the Rebellion, to the fateful attack on the Death Star. Featured in the comic Star Wars: Empire: Volume Two.

As talented a human pilot and friend of Luke Skywalker in Tatooine - Biggs Darklighter first joins the Imperial Academy but what he sees there opens his eyes to the brutality of the Empire. He defects to the Rebel Alliance and serves heroically. He pledge his allegiance to the Rebel Alliance with this nice detailed and articulated 3.75" action figure based on the character from the film Episode IV: A New Hope. Unfortunately for Biggs Darklighter, his X-Wing was blown out of the air by Darth Vader at the Battle of Yavin.

Hasbro released several popular rebels pilot figures from the movies in the 30th anniversary pilot such as Biggs Darklighter as an articulated action figure, it has detailed styling and comes with a weapon. Biggs Darklighter (Rebel Pilot) was released individually carded. Figure has 9 joints articulation on swivel neck, 2 swivel arms, swivel right elbow, swivel left forearm, 2 swivel legs, 2 ball-jointed knees. 3 accessories mainly the helmet, blaster and base stand. The helmet fits over the head pretty well, helmet sculpt like the other rebel pilots has a bit of realism to it.

The figure can hold the blaster well in both hands. Right arm has articulation which is made to hold the helmet, however it makes the action figure too wide to properly fitted into the X-Wing toy. The cable going from the chest box into the flight suit is removable from the suit. The harness is permanently attached. Biggs stands well without help from a stand.
