Toy Day Out 20th Jan 2011

20th January 2011 (Thursday) is more than just a day I collected my precious 1/3000 SDF-1. It's also a day I enjoyed thoroughly with great companionship from Leon 'Open The Toy'. We met up early that morning to start off with healthy activities by playing basketball. Thereafter, I visited Leon's house for the first to see his awesomeness toy collection. No photography yet cos modest Leon thinks his display ain't decent enough to showcase at this point of time. At Leon's place, he had shared with me his knowledge on blogging and I'm also grateful for the gifts from him. Leon is really passionate about toys & blogging that he actually scheduled and drawn sketches whenever any new ideas struck him.

We had the whole day dedicated to toys so it's toy shopping after lunch. We went to Sunshine Plaza where I bought HG Guncannon (Mass Production type), Kotobukiya customed rifle and fine sand paper. We had also spent some time at OG shopping centre before stopping over Falcon's Hangar for my ultimate toy. Friendly staffs of FH had given me advise to first read through the review on 'Macross World' to avoid damaging the small fragile parts and printing errors on the instruction manual.

Looks like one mecha fueled day of purchasing.

Is going to play baseball like i see on tv and anime, macxhines fires balls at you in a neted area, would like to try that one day.

Thx for dropping by again bro. I wonder how big it is compared to the vintage Takatoku version. Have to find time to play with it.
