Hobby Point @ Century Square Tampines

I was introduced to a new hobby friend 'Ah Tan' earlier today and through our engaging conversation, I was enlightened of a new hobby shop located at the top most level of Tampines Century Square Shopping mall. Gotten excited, I make my way down to Century Square for reece. I was told that the shop has lotz of vintage model kits so I proceed there in search of 1/100 scale RXR-44 Guntank that was released in year 1991 with the release of Gundam F91. Even though I didn't manage to find what I want, the shop does sell lotz of Gundam kits cos I spotted a vintage 1/100 Gundam F91 kit. It's definitely not a wasted trip cos I got myself HGUC RGM-79 (Ground) & MG GM Sniper.

oh no, no, no... a visit to a toystore is never a waste of time LOOOOL... i find myself visiting any hobby store available, every time i hav some spare time & that makes me happy almost always... i just feel like a gourmet in a delicatessen, with eyes wide open to any curiosity & yep, even if i can’t find what i’m looking for, i find something even more interesting sometimes, so it’s time well invested =D

I got this same feeling whenever I visit a hobby shop too! Always filled with excitement even before entering the shop and spending lotz of time viewing most everything on display like a gallery. Most importantly is the relaxation and sense of happiness. Maybe, it's the symptom of otakuness. Lol...

Nothing beats work stress like a good walk in a hobby shop!! Nice grabs bro!! I do go to them when I have trouble looking for older kits. They usually keep quite a fair bit of those really vintage SDs too!!

Sure do bro, there are at times some surprise found whenever I popped by hobby shop and definitely a good form of stress released. I feel energized after my shopping yesterday. Cheers!

Bro, thanks for sharing!!

No prob! Toy collecting is a small community and there are few hobby shops. A new find will help stir up some excitement.

I guess we are both staying at the western side of Singapore so it won't be so easy to go there. For me, I visit was intended and my next visit won't be so soon.

The 1/144 GM Ground type is one I had in the past and I had sold off. So how I like it so much that I bought it again.
