DX Michael Custom Super Messiah Part 2

There's the second segment of DX Michael Custom VF-25 with the super armour donned. The toy may seem very impressive on the pics but behind the screen were some tedious work attaching the armour and ensuring that they stay in place. The frustrating part was seeing the armour dropping off, in between transformation. You don't see this when transformation seems all seamless in the anime hah....lol....

The design and armour of Super Messiah Michael Custom is the same as other Super VF-25F Messiah which I had posted previously. In terms of weaponary, Michael Custom have an additional long rifle for sniping purposes. Take a look at how parts of the rifle branches out. Totally mind blowing!

again i’m so impressed Dennis, this figure meets the greatest expectations in Macross mechas matters, OFC this amount of accesories should make a real torture to pose for a photo sesion =/... that’s the price u must pay for owning an awesome collection figure LOL XD

The armors would fall off during transformation? That's quite a bummer. I imagine the two missile pods over the shoulder would be the problematic ones since they are almost like just hanging over the shoulder just like that. ^^; But I just based that point on the 1/72 Super VF-25S I have. Those two missile pods seem to be just relying on the joints to stay in place.

Indeed, same feeling about the anime and almost with all transformable action figures. one or two seconds of transformation in the anime is maybe one or two hours of adjustment when it comes to the action figure XD

I have to say I am impressed with the amount of details on this. It is one scary completed kit.

It's sure a selling point of the toy. Hee! Hee!

It's a real great toy, really! Taking photos are a real challenge and it won't be easy for my next Macross Frontier messiah 'Luca Custom'.

The parts that normally dropped are those on the legs, chest and missiles pods on the shoulders. You are very right about the missiles pods on the shoulders. A lot of attention is needed when transforming the messiah fearing of breaking the frail joints.

I must say Bandai had put in a lot of effort in making sure the anime, soundtrack and merchandises like this toy a great success.

This great figure will be seal up by plastic wrapped soon. I usually ask my wife to wrap my toys after I opened and reviewed the toy.
