There's a quick field report of Toy Carnival @ S.A.M! This time round, I brought my wife, children and in-laws and we were first welcome by gorgeous cosplayers, free popcorn and candy floss. The carnival occupied one section of S.A.M but there were two levels. There were some toys been exhibited but the main attraction would be the many stores which sell toys. We reached there quite early at around 11 plus and the place was already quite crowded. Most of the toys were geninuely on sale and I had spent S$145/- on toys.

Bro sad I cant meet you up there. Basically most of my photos are the same as yours. LOL
Hope to meet you when Toy & Comic Convention comes. Did you buy anything today?
$145, must be quite a haul. Going to show that off shown i guess.
Looks like a fun day and quite alot of 1/6 scale, got a huge amount of that aswell. Have not seen Nerf for a long time, never realised it was still going.
Free popcorn and candy floss so quite cool, not the kind of thing you'd seen in the UK, did the in-laws enjoy?
Dennis. I hope to meet you on next event too. I only spend $39 that day. Budget budget budget. LOL
I was there around 3pm and it was still very crowded! I like the ambience of SAM and look forward to more toy fairs held there in future! :D
There were so many toys I wanted to buy but I didn't have enough cash with me. I was expecting the same stuff at CSC but the prices were surprisingly better at SAM :P
So what did you haul back from SAM yesterday? :)

Nerf is just getting popular in Singapore. Ha! Ha! Maybe we are a bit backdated.
UK has different looking popcorn and candyfloss? Sound interesting! I am really a sweet tooth!
As for my in-laws, they were just amazed with the cosplay and they were exploring the museum cos its their first time there.

If I didn't meet my friends, I probably won't spend so much. Ha! Ha! So did you buy a lot of Dragonball stuff?

My wife was telling me that the stores there were alike CSC, but I definitely agree that the prices @ the toy carnival were a lot more attractive.
I brought two boxes of Gundam and one chogokin Dragonar!
