You have seen Shin Musha Gundam or Shin Musha Mk2 but do you know that before these MG kits were made, Bandai had ever produced Realtype Musha Gundam MKII after their success on BB sumurai Gundam. Feeling inspired, I shall reblogged on my Gundam Musha toys. from my collection with better pics. The Gundam you see above is a Gundam Mk 2 that was converted into Musha type (Samurai looking). A real vintage made by Bandai in 1889 that is hard to come by nowadays. Since the toy is from the 80's, the engineering for articulate can't really compare to toys these days and certainly not to a MG kit. The armour snap-on concept had also limit the movement of the limbs.

Seems like this toy had impressed you pal. I noticed the reflection instantaneously when I took the photo. Can't help it as my photography skill is limited to that. Ha! Ha!
So this is the one you told me about. Man it is still in very good condition!!
Yes bro, this is the real beauty vintage toy of Musha! I kept it on display and quite impressed that the condition is good after so long. I believed is excellent QC from the land of the rising sun.
Wow and I always thought the Musha Gundams were a new design. I am totally in love with them. I already got the red one in GFF form, just waiting for the blue one to come out in GFF too. I am really surprised they were made way before already! Cool toy! Can't wait to see more vintage musha figures from you!
This vintage version standing ard 8" should be the godfather to the newer ones. Ha! Ha! Hopeful Shin Musha MKII G.F.F will soon be launch by Bandai for you and all the peeps out there. I already took pics of realtype Musha Zeta & Double Zeta and when soon reblog them. Stay tune and thx for the support all this while.
Wow for a vintage, there a whole lot of beauty comin out from tbis guy^^
But The Kabuto still reminds me of a viking helmet
Somehow vintage toys have got their own beauty and a story to tell. Viking alike kabuto and yes there's resemblance. Lol...
I want - I want !
Even back then, they really knew how to make them cool!
Gundam in ancient armor makes toy fascinating and amazingly the idea was since 80's.
I have huge collections of Godzilla Toys with all different figures and styles. That monster looks damn good. Very heroic too.
Godzilla is a great show and apart from from Godzilla itself, I like the robot version.
It's fun to assemble the different parts to make a complete model kit :)
I'm looking into returning to fixing MG kits for the fun
