Electric Toys SOFVIPS Rock Man Blues

The Electric Toys SOFVIPS Rock Man Blues, aka Proto Man, brings one of the most iconic characters from the classic Capcom Mega Man series into soft vinyl form! Known as Blues in Japan, Proto Man is the original Light Number created by Dr. Light, making him Mega Man and Roll’s older brother. The ultimate independent rebel, he’s instantly recognizable by his signature red helmet, yellow scarf, Proto Shield and that unmistakable whistle. 🎶 First appearing in Mega Man 3 as a mysterious rival, Proto Man later returns as a misunderstood enemy in Mega Man 5 before becoming one of Mega Man’s most reliable allies. Despite his lone-wolf attitude, he’s always ready to step in when it matters. Classic 8-bit gaming nostalgia meets SOFVIPS goodness! 🎮

Blassreiter Joseph Figure

Blassreiter Joseph – After the Transformation by GDH (TV 2008) remains one of the lesser known anime figures in my collection. Joseph’s fully transformed form is brought to life with striking blue and black biomechanical armor, accented by distinctive golden shoulder horns that give him an imposing silhouette. The organic armor textures and sharp sculpt capture the series’ dark, cybernetic aesthetic. Standing approximately 140 mm (5.5”) tall, this PVC & ABS figure comes in a fixed-action pose with a display stand and sword, making it more of a display piece than a fully articulated action figure. I also added a glowing eye effect to give him a more menacing, awakened presence. 👁️✨ Still a fantastic representation of one of the most memorable transformed designs from Blassreiter. Sometimes it’s fun to revisit older pieces in the collection—they bring back memories of the anime that first sparked the passion.

Realhead x JP Gallery Kamen Rider

Go, go, let’s go! 🏍️💨 Henshin! 🔥 Rider Kick! The OG Rider still hits different. The original Kamen Rider suit is pure perfection — that grasshopper-inspired helmet, bold red scarf flowing in the wind, and clean yet striking color blocking. No frills, no overdesign — just raw, iconic simplicity that became the blueprint for generations to come. The violent, imaginative action that defined the franchise began right here, with that unmistakable stance and signature Rider Kick. This officially licensed sofubi by Hope of Hope, in collaboration with Realhead x JP Gallery, brings that Showa-era hero to life with serious presence. The sculpt exaggerates the muscular torso and sharp compound eyes, giving it that unmistakable sofubi attitude while staying faithful to the classic silhouette. The glossy black limbs contrast beautifully against the muted green body, and that bright red scarf pops hard — just like it should. There’s something special about holding a piece that pays homage to where it all started. A timeless design, reinterpreted through the lens of Japanese vinyl culture. Nostalgia meets street-level edge — and it works perfectly.

Kaiju One 中華英雄 The Blood Sword Figures

Giving some love to the classic 1990 Hong Kong TV series 中華英雄 The Blood Sword. Big thanks to Kaiju One for bringing this nostalgic wuxia legend into sofubi form, inspired by the manhua Chinese Hero: Tales of the Blood Sword by Ma Wing-shing. Front and center is Kenny Ho Kar-king as Hua Ying-xiong — a casting that perfectly captured the character’s quiet strength, charisma, and tragic heroism. Even today, his portrayal remains the definitive version of the legendary swordsman 大海无量 🩸🗡️.

Warsman Five Star Toy Sofubi Figure

Warsman sofubi by Five Star Toy from the Kinnikuman series captures the stoic power of this iconic Robo Chojin in classic soft vinyl form. Finished in a striking brown and black colorway, the figure is accented with crisp white details—most notably on the boots, which add contrast and balance to the otherwise dark, imposing palette. Prominently displayed on the chest is the text 「超友情」 (Chō Yūjō / Super or Ultra Friendship), symbolizing Warsman’s emotional awakening and the surge of power unleashed through bonds rather than circuitry alone. This detail evokes his limit-time, super-power-charged state, where AI logic gives way to raw emotion and loyalty. Warsman (ウォーズマン) is the protégé and close friend of Robin Mask, and later becomes both mentor and trusted companion to Kevin Mask. Introduced as a fearsome Brutal Chojin, he undergoes one of the most memorable character arcs in the series, ultimately earning his place among the Idol / Justice Chojin. This sofubi perfectly reflects that transformation—solid, restrained, and quietly heroic, embodying strength forged through friendship rather than brutality.

Robin Mask Five Star Toy Sofubi Figure

Robin Mask soft vinyl figure by Five Star Toy, based on the classic Kinnikuman anime and manga series. A proud “Justice Choujin” (superhuman) hailing from England, United Kingdom, Robin Mask is instantly recognizable by his medieval knight armor and stoic presence. Introduced as a formidable antagonist, his character arc evolves as he becomes a loyal ally and close friend to Kinnikuman. This sofubi perfectly captures his heroic stature and timeless design, making it a standout piece for fans of classic shōnen and vintage-style collectibles.

Tetsuya Naito Wrestling NJPW Figure

One of my best takeaways from SPW Tranquilos de Japon was getting this figure personally signed by Tetsuya Naito—and he even posed for a photo with it. This sofubi stands at approximately 5 inches (12.5 cm), with the prototype sculpted by the legendary athlete-figure artist Mr. HAO. Tetsuya Naito is a celebrated Japanese professional wrestler, best known for his iconic run in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), where he made history as a dual IWGP Champion. Holding this signed piece makes the experience all the more unforgettable.

Neptune Man Audrey Version Five Star Toy Sofubi

Neptuneman (also known as Quarrelman), a professional wrestler from the Kinnikuman series… Neptuneman's appearance draws from Hulk Hogan… Those road warrior spikes on vest are very cool... This toy series is from Nostalgic Sofvi Collection (NSC) Neptuneman soft vinyl sofubi figure by Five Star Toy… A collaboration with Audrey Wakabayashi hence a color variations from the original… It also comes with an alternate swapping head that resembles Audrey Wakabayashi… I can’t confirm but I think Audrey Wakabayashi refers to Masayasu Wakabayashi, who is a Japanese comedian, television presenter and actor (even in anime & manga roles). He performs tsukkomi (comedy duo) as Audrey...
