HGBF Super Fumina SF-01 model kit box art
Thankful! My friend Kenny assisted me touch-up the facial and eyes of Super Fumina!
Just like the Powered GM or Cardigan gm, is the mounted triple-barrel Gatling guns on both forearms.
Mounted on the back held by the mechanical arms, which function both as defensive and offensives tool-like remote controlled bits with star beam effect parts.
Mounted on the backpack via short movable mechanical arms, the pair of large rifles are mainly used for long range combat
Beam Saber, Super Fumina's primary melee weapon, a pair of them are stored on the shoulders.
Held on the hand is Super Fumina's primary mid-range weapon
Go! Go! Girl Power! This is Katsuden! Number one self proclaimed fan of Super Fumina! Not all the Fumina's variants but this pioneering Fumina Gunpla! I had previous posted about Fumina however this is dedicated specifically HGBF Super Fumina SF-01 model kit in 1/144 scale! The SF-01 Super Fumina is a Gunpla appearing in Gundam Build Fighters Try.
Built and piloted by Minato Sakai, its appearance is based on Fumina Hoshino and her RGM-237C Powered GM Cardigan. The young Gunpla protege Minato Sakai have a crush on Fumina Hoshino and created his Gunpla of Fumina dressed in a yellow-and-white outfit that mimics the look of the Powered GM Cardigan. This is so sweet and kawaii, probably a bit kinky, as he built it without the consent of the person.
Correct me if I'm wrong, this should be the first unique Gunpla girl model kit, not comparing to Kotobukiya Armoured Girls, the trend and interesting direction sure makes both otaku and mechataku running wild! What's more, it's highly affordable than Figma or any of the MS Girl line.
Her armament included Beam Saber, Super Fumina's primary melee weapon, a pair of them are stored on the shoulders. Mounted on the back held by the mechanical arms, which function both as defensive and offensives tool-like remote controlled bits with star beam effect parts. Just like the Powered GM or Cardigan gm, is the mounted triple-barrel Gatling guns on both forearms.
In this instant, the Gunpla does have the gimmick of the top section of the yellow add-ons on the arms will pop up to reveal the Gatling guns. Mounted on the backpack via short movable mechanical arms, the pair of large rifles are mainly used for long range combat. Held on the hand is Super Fumina's primary mid-range weapon, goes to say Super Fumima is highly versatile and can strike at any distance.
I had spent some time to fully paint this kit and very thankful to my friend Kenny, for helping me touch-up the facial and eyes of Super Fumina. Kenny's help definitely added more soul to Super Fumina! Some may find this Gunpla awkward and posed unnaturally, still debatable but despite it's flaws, I like the uniqueness. That said, it is probably the most kawaii kit in my collection.

I have to agree with you pal, it was a great move by Bandai to develop mechas with curves, albeit I have seen those gorgeous kits by Kotobukiya and I kind of feel even more tempted to get them... Fortunately (or unfortunately) the price point keeps me away of such temptation for my own sake... Very nice work in this Super Fumina, the color scheme really stands out and I didn’t know about the crush which gave rise to this idea, she’s a charming mecha girl !!!... =OOOOO
Kawaii girl with firepower..Haha!!

Indeed quite the break through and when Bandai starts this, there is no stopping. Lolz. Now Kotobukiya and Bandai just show hands. I getting Fumina only (at the moment) as the character attracted me the most.

Yeah bro! It's supposedly a kid show. Lolz. A bit of fan service won't hurt I guess ^_^
I still yet to get Winning Fumina which is the best I think.

Hard to catch up with Gunpla expansion these days. Especially the mental barrier of building and spraying another new kit ^_^
