Unicorn Gundam RX-0 - Fix Figuration Metal Composite

After the end of Neo Zeon's war, Anaheim Electronics for the first time, introduced the technology to drive full Psycho frame based based on U.C plan into Mythical creature appearance with a single angle to the pure statue and unicorn head. The biggest feature of this mobile suit is NT-D. "New-Type is that you are equipped with a system and D "Destory" mode, when the trigger is internal frame is extended, the armor of the aircraft each place is slide deployment, from the seam of the armor is exposed Psycho frame, Psycho frame that has been released this form causes a light emission phenomenon is called Destroy mode, whereby the overall MS performance psycho frames built into MS of the body is to move to reflect the thinking of the pilot directly, particularly maneuverability dramatically on the improvement.

Pearlie white Unicorn Gundam RX-0 - Fix Figuration Metal Composite. Metal Composite treatment in 1/100 scale size with die-cast carrying an extremely solid size (20cm) as well as weight. Great proportions done by its original mecha designer, Hajime Katoki, this toy is like awesome model without having the hassle to DIY your Master Grade Gunpla. The material comprises of ABS, PVC, POM, and plenty of die-cast metal parts which give great feel when handling it. Nicely painted in pearlie white with highly detailed fine original markings all over the Gundam.

It comes packed with a wide range of weaponry comprising with beam magnum, hyper bazooka, beam saber, gattling guns and shield. Also the set comes with optional hands and signature GFF stand base. The beam magnum, hyper bazooka and shield can just peck onto the thruster pack. Unicorn Gundam is also capable of switching between its two modes (Unicorn and Destroy modes) with slide-open armor parts. I will just show the predominant 'Unicorn mode' as I have a built MG Unicorn Gundam transformed into 'Destroy mode' which I will be featuring in my future post.

Metal Composite (or should I say Chogokin ???)... I think this must be the top level of Bandai products, since working with diecast is always a challenge in terms of production and a risky bet in terms of price... If someone wants to get something of this level, definitely the Unicorn is one of the best selections, if not the best and represents the finest work of mr. Katoki...

This is a superb figure, congrats, pal !!!... The 1/100 allows a good level of detail and realism, I can see all the effort put in the accuracy, all those delicate and tiny tampos, and basically all the features of a nice MG model kit, with the durability and good sense of weight of a figure with diecast parts... I should confess there is some envy of my part, in the air, LOL !!!... =D

I must say Unicorn Gundam ain't the unit that I'm love at first sight but started liking it after I was introduced to a game. I must say that that two modes transformation are pretty cool IMHO. I'm impressed with the quality of the toy and love the paint and details. Demanding on how you see it, the money spent is well worth which sometimes the time and effort put in kit may not achieve this standard. The chogokin gave the toy a lot more value.

Yeah! Most people favor the Destory mode over the Unicorn. The moment of transformation is just explosive!
