Year 2011 will be year fill with lotz of Gunpla and it's always my style to start with simple stuff like the ordinary GM. This kit is a version one, so the kit is easy to assemble but some details will be lacking. What I had done so far was to paint some of the parts with markers, on the back of the head, air inlet on the arms and inner mechanism on the ankles. The visor came transparent, so I had used green translucent epoxy spray for a touch up. As for the thrusters on backpack and calfs, I had hand painted it with silver paint. Next was to outline the panel lines. After drawing panel lines, I applied both the stickers & tracing decals. It's almost done remaining spraying of the weapons and matt overcoat.

Nice :D The translucent green will also be very useful for most of the 00 gundam's Gundams. :D
It has been a long time since I last hear from you bro. This translucent will be useful too most of my kits.
Bro, are you only focus on Gundam model kits in 2011?
Not only on GM kits but it's one area that I will pay more attention to.
the beauty of simplicity... although is not the kind of mechas i love the most, it still has its charm =)... if i would hav the time... then i wouldn’t hav the money... & viceversa... but i prefer to hav to money & the time will come to pay attention to my kits... oh i realized that u made a great effort on the personalization of this kit, cuz u left a sport water bottle in the last pic, as a testimony HAHAHAHAHA...
Nice build, that green visor looks real good.
Looking forward to seeing more, after seeing this i now fell like building a GM myself, been a while since i built a gunpla.

I'm just glad that at the moment I have enough money to sustain the family and a bit for more hobby. Also having more hobby time nowadays in between my work shifts. Won't say this GM is personalized but it more to look more anime correct. About that water bottle, I always refill it and have it in my bedroom so I could quench thirst whenever in the room.

Thanx for the encouraging words. I'm still pretty green when it comes to Gunpla but every kit makes good practice for me. I hope thru my blog, people will appreciate the nice side of GM. Hee! Hee!
Not a big fan of GM's, but I like its minty coloring
That's a pretty fast build bro. ^^

Actually it takes me a few weeks to assemble MG kits cos could only do it when my kids were taking naps, hence I would say the process is pretty slow.
its the process of building it that's fun not the time taken. hehe!
Bro...You looks like Keroro Gunso...
I should call you Gunso san
...hahaha...
It's been 5 years now that I haven't buy and build Gunpla...
Last one I bought is Deathscythe Hell custom...
I like the translucent Green on the helmet and that silver really looked like metal - nice job!
