Glaug distinguished itself from common Regult as the unit for elites and commanders of male Zentradi force. Bigger and better equipped, Glaug's forearms are basically destructive cannons apart from the cannon on top. Standing at about 13” on display, this huge Glaug toy was manufactured in the 80s by 'Matchbox' under the licensed of 'Harmony Gold'. The toy’s cockpit can be opened to accommodate a Zentrandi officer. In my opinion, the design of this mecha defy the law of gravity but in reality as a toy, the weight of the cockpit and arm cannons had caused the toy to bend forward and hunch.

I can kick myself in the ass for not getting them when they were at Toys R Us back in the day ><
They must be selling like hotcakes back in those days when Robotech was well received I'm the Western World. Toy'R'Us back then in Singapore was so..... huge like toy warehouse. I mean really huge! Maybe it how I think when I was a kid.
Oh,Oldies Toys...?
I hope to grab oldies toys
whenever I had a Chance...
It is difficult to find it here...
Actually, I got this years back at a toy shop that has closed down. For oldies toy like this, it takes a bit of luck as well.
i've been looking for these matchbox regult and glaug in ebay, but no luck in finding any good deals.
I prefer the Regult cos this Glaug keeps hunching making it difficult to display. The top front portion is too heavy.
I love this! Can any figure sit inside the cock pit?
looking at this figure & even to the TV commercial, i cannot figure out that is a toy... the design (except the balance issue) is neat & the detail is a lot better than an average toy, for me is a resin diecast made to last... did u get the pilot already ??? =O

I must agreed that in terms of the quality of the toy, it does stall the age of time. I only have the figure of Ricker Hunter in fit into the VF-1S veritech fighter. Still looking for a suitable Zentradi officer this toy. I don't know. Have the thought of selling off this toy instead....
It is still in such a new condition bro. You preserve ur toys so well.
