I almost wanted to sell away my Yamato 1/60 VF-1J Super Valkyrie Version 1.0, but fortunately Mr. K reminded me that I still got my GBP for 1/60 Valkyrie Version 1.0 and VF-1J looks best with GBP. This rang a bell and so I decided to do this post.
This prototype VF-1J GBP may look bulky but it's definitely one heavy duty armadillo packed with numerous missiles. It was pilot by Hikaru Ichijo in the original animation while Minmei was contesting for Miss Macross. Silly Hikaru was so distracted that he wasted the GBP soon after it took off.

Love GBP, such a cool looking mecha armor, shame it only appeared in one episode and one frame in the movie.
How tall is the 1/60 version?
I have first hand encounters with this guy, well the frontier game version, and this guys hard as hell to work with.
The first time I see GBP, I was very much impressed. It is like a sure win concept.
