4" Black Panther Figure ~ Hasbro

I’m not very familiar with Black Panther but he probably the first few black superheroes behind the mask. I guess Black Panther’s ability comes from its panther like animal instinct, agility and speed (Kind of like Daredevil). This is the Black Panther from Hasbro's Marvel Universe line. Nice looking 3 3/4" figure that has bendable joints (I would say less flexible than Hasbro Spiderman). The figure is featured on my blog again courtesy of Mr Erik.

  3. I only heard this guy from some racial joke, so I kinda felt bad this dude doesn't get the appreciation it needs.

  7. Maybe he's a character created by Marvel to rival D.C Batman. I have link the opening of Black Panther animated movie to show that he's not all out unheard of.

  8. If I have the power of black panther... I would rather dress up and be batman instead. Who can tell the difference? And batman is so much cooler. Altough black panter is probably not as rich as bruce wayne.

Gosh I am so tired today, I think I am just babbling here. =D

  10. Black panther is a king. Every king in that kingdom is inherited with a certain power to protect it's kingdom. Wakanda kingdom, IIRC.

His wife is Storm, btw. Oh and did I mention that Wakanda kingdom have one of the most advanced technology in the Marvel universe? And they also supply vibranium? The strongest material for Cap's shield and all sorts of weaponry? :)

Yes, people, I'm a comic book geek. Boo yah.

Oh, and never ever ask him this question, "Yeah? You and what army?"

  11. Oh, btw, Batman's rival is Captain America in every Amalgam universe :) Not really Black Panther. (he can fight Black Adam, tho~)

You are back bro and WOW, that's really some deep knowledge on Black Panther. Thank you for sharing some lights with us and I'm surprise to learn that 'Storm' is his wife. Feels kind of bad that I did read more about Black Panther before blogging about him.

Thank you again and you are the guru man!

  13. well, Dennis there r more people who know Black Panther than u think... for example, he was one of the only superheroes, in the Marvel Zombies series, that wasn’t infected for the virus that made an alternate universe a complete mess... he & Magneto tried to save that universe, but when they learned they couldn’t do anything, they help to the Fantastic Fours (who travel to that alternate universe, by accident) to return to the main Marvel universe & prevent the doom of more universes (did i use the word universe too much ??? sorry, this is bout universes, u know)... & BTW, NO i’m not a geek =PPPP

  15. I have always loved Jack Kirby's art style. Not really a big fan of the Black Panther. I found it funny when he tried to hook up with the Invisible Woman
