The biggest toy I bought at Osaka is this 9.5” loose vintage Animatronic Gamera ガメラ by Bandai and made in Japan in 1995… I have placed batteries 🔋 to it but unfortunately the mechanism doesn’t work anymore… Still it a good buy as I only need it for display in my kaiju cabinet… Interestingly, it looks sofubi but not… The front portion is mainly made of rubbery material and the tortoise 🐢 shell at the rear is hard plastic… A little background of the product…This is a collectible figure of Gamera, a famous Japanese kaiju (giant monster)…Specifically the “Plasma Walk Great Monster Gamera” from the movie “Gamera: Guardian of the Universe” (also known as “Gamera: Daikaiju Kuchu Kessen”).
