Dengeki Hobby May 2011 - GM Type-C Wagtail

I will usually buy either Hobby Japan or Dengeki magazine if there are particular issue that feature the mecha I like or if it comes with irresistible souvenir like this conversion parts to transform my HG RGM Type-C to Wagtail version. I had picked up this magazine the other day @ Kinokuniya bookstore since my workplace is conveniently located one building beside. The conversion parts comes in a brown cardboard box which you can see in the second pic. The kit itself is all white so it would really be a challenge for me to add the colours for a Gunpla builder of my level or though the magazine had pic illustration on how to do it. I have currently a mountain high of backlog Gunpla to build so this will be in the waiting list. Meanwhile, please enjoy the pics taken from the magazine of those done by experts.

It cost S$38/- Sing dollars here. The cost of the magazine together with kit kind of cost more than the HG RGM-Type C.

Understand that if there's not local distribution of the item, getting it online individually will be expensive especially given the weigh of this thick magazine, making it not worth spending so more.

For a GM guy like me, this issue is hard to resist and I kind go for it without considering much of the cost factor. Actually, a normal issue is around S$28/- and this issue has factor in the cost of the kit in it so it's more expensive.

Yes! Yes! Yes! This Wagtail conversion kits definitely is the main reason I bought this issue. I even bought another HG RGM Type-C becos of the released of this kit.

I watched 'Lucky Star' recently and they kept mentioning that the Japanese are suckers when it comes to limited edition @ Confairs. We are like suckers too! Ha! Ha!
