Back Story of Katsuden...

All time favourite Katsudon!

You may have wondered why am I aka Katsuden and how this name was derived. Well, let me now do a proper introduction of Katsuden. Hee! Hee! If you break the name apart to 'Katsu' and 'Den', you will see that 'Katsu' meant cutlet in Japanese and 'Den' represent Dennis in short. This nickname was given by my dearest wife who noticed that I usually order dishes related to Katsu whenever we patronised Japanese food outlets and since name is Dennis, she fused the words together to form 'Katsuden'. Kind of like Kinnikuman hah! Itadakimasu!
