Let's take a walk through another mecha anime! I have a few toys today to share and without a do let's welcome Eureka Seven Nirvash Type Zero vinyl toy + Eureka and Renton Voice I-Dolls. I won't say too much of the plot.. go see it for yourself. In short, there are elements of outlaw resistance fighters, surf boarding, street punk and transforming robots. Ok, I will tell you a bit more...
The main protagonists are Eureka and Renton they both pilots of the main machine Nirvash Type Zero. Anyway, mecha term in this anime is 'LFO' which is the abbreviation of 'Light Finding Operation' rider. The anime tells the story of Renton Thurston, how he got affiliated to the outlaw group 'Gekkostate' and his feeling developed towards the enigmatic mecha pilot Eureka.
There are a few figures of Nirvash Type Zero by Bandai however this vinyl figure by Banpresto hard to come by and I'm pleased to have it imported. I choose this figure because this is the Nirvash Type Zero figure in its biggest scale and has a 9-point-articulation. The figure can't transform but it stands sturdily on display.
Also managed to get Eureka and Renton Voice Idol figures locally from a Carousell seller locally, at a bundle deal. They are from Bandai and the quality is very good. Close sculpt and neat paint job as expected from Bandai. Each figure comes with a base that is able to play the character's iconic speech by pushing the button.

The basic concept behind the mecha design for this series is very similar to that used in the Lancelot Conquista for the Code Gueass anime series, which as far as I know was very popular in Japan and U.S.A... I like that mecha design so I like this Nirvash Type Zero made for the Eureka Seven anime series!... All the figures / statues are quite nice in all aspects: sculpt, paint job, they have a lot of details and both main characters even have some lines to recite, fabulous!...
Indeed, there is a lot of design similarities between Code Geass and Eureka mecha. They are both anime and mecha I like. There are lesser Eureka toy available so it makes it more niche..,
