My birthday was just over and I would like to take this opportunity to thank my wifee and good friends for the presents, starting with wifee for the Apple Magic Mouse, Kenny for the fully built / painted Star Wars X-Wing, Stanley for the unique Robot Damashii Gundam, Leon for the RG Qan[T] and last but not least this Dragon Ball DBZ S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan Vegeta (Premium Color Edition) from Desmond. During the meet-up with Desmond, he wanted to do something very different and we did an impromptu video review just for funny. I usually do photo montage and to appear in video, that's my maiden toy review with him as the director. Maybe we had too much beer. Lolz ... Click this >> LINK to his blog post.

S.H.Figuarts is a new standard figure series that incorporates the Bandai action figure "ART" under the theme "Pursing + Character Expression through Humanoid Action." Tamashii Nations presents Super Saiyan Vegeta as an S.H.Figuarts Premium Colour Edition figure! The premium colour is pretty much on the gloss Super Saiyan Yellow orangish hair and the Saiyan armour plate. The figure stands approximately 6" (15cm), 5.9" to be exact, factoring Vegeta small build. A full array of interchangeable hand and face parts allow for expression portrayal of Super Saiyan Vegata.

This articulated figure includes 3 facial expressions and 8 interchangeable hands. Display Vegeta with Trunks to recreate father-son scenes from the Dragon Ball Z series! Dynamic articlation enables recreation of Super Saiyan Vegeta's iconic action sequences fro the anime. Master crafted sculpt accurately depicts the Prince of Saiyan form in meticulous detail, during Cell saga after he entered the Hyperbolic Chamber. Below is a video consisting of photo montage and video review... All Raw not Smackdown ^_^

Bro, your pictures are very nice. The characters match very well in the battle field as background. You have added slideshow feature into the video. Professional man!!

HEHEHE, congratulations pal on your birthday, it looks like there were great gifts !!!... And your first video WOW, well, that was really surprising, your voice sounds kind of sharper that what I expected, LOLOLOL... I guess it’s the usual effect of recorded voices, I have the same issue and that’s why I’m still reluctant to create video reviews, but maybe any time in the future I will consider it (ooooooooor probably not, LOL =P) !!!...

Beer helps quite a bit to disinhibition in front of cam, don’t you think so ???...

Vegeta in S.H. Figuarts form looks fantastic, I had the chance to see one of these products, in person, albeit belonging to a different franchise and I think they offer great quality; however, they are not precisely in the affordable side of this segment, at least for me and other western collectors who are fans of anime and manga stuff !!!... =/

Thank you for the belated birthday wish! Somehow, this birthday I’m especially blessed with gifts and surrounded by colleagues and friends to celebrate. I guess ppl around me are merry and forthcoming to 2018!

The video is super raw filmed at bistro some sound quality ain’t good. Guess Desmond and I were fooling around. It’s a new experience for me perhaps can do more in future if have the chance..

I can understand this series of figures can be a bit steep on pricing. Good to be selective on getting the characters you like more. I don’t have a lot of S.H Figurart too!

Despite being a vegetarian, it's amazing to see that Vegeta have a yellow colored hair (which usually a norm for meat eater). It's been a long time since I watch the original Dragon Ball anime and thanks to modern technology fans of the series are able to buy these figures into their collection.
