HGUC MS-05L Zaku I Sniper Type (Built & Painted)

Originally, Zaku I Sniper Type was revealed from BANDAI NAMCO's game, "MS Gundam: Bonds of the Battlefield" arcade game. This Zeonic relic was later featured on "Gundam Unicorn" OVA used by Yonem Kirks. The head of of Zaku I had been modified to give more area of coverage to the mono-eye with T-shape visor and antenna on the side of the head for better communication. The kit came in desert colour scheme. This impressive kit is easy to assemble and looks great in the hands of Kenny Ang. Not to mentioned it was sanded, primed and fully painted. 

It's right knee can be folded down when taking a sniper position, which goes around the awkwardness of most earlier HG kit in kneeing position. a nylon mesh cover and bendable wire are included for detailing and connecting the backpack to the sniper rifle, and there are clear plastic parts for the mono eye and scope lens. As you can see, the mono eye and scope lens had been replaced by convex stickers. Common treads of UC sniper MS with long rifle (MIP-X79-E0-type BSR - Beam Sniper Rifle) that taped energy from the bulk backpack via cable.

Monster Hunter G Class Henkei Rathalos

I don't play the game however I like some of the character designs especially the element of fantasy and medieval. Rathalos happened to possessed that knighty look. More like a dragon knight in fury red armour. In fact, the figure can even transform to dragon form. Sorry, I didn't transform it in this review, partly I'm lazy and secondary reason I don't wish to scratch the paint or break any limb as the toy don't belongs to me. Thanx Stanley for passing over the toy to me for review. Really nice having a feel of the toy, especially when its die-cast aka chogokin. The fully armour Rathalos at some degree even looks like a mecha.

HGUC EMS-10 Judah - Built & Painted

Principality of Zeon Prototype mobile suit featured for its overwhelming acceleration performance in the OVA MS Igloo 0079. Equipped with Saturn engine which was the best of thruster technology at that The engine is capable of rapid turnaround without stalling by allowing freely changed the injection angle of the injection gas is exposed to a structurally back. Assigned to test pilot Major Jean Luc Duval Klaus, Zudah supposed to be a state-of-art MS, assuming to be the next generation of Zeon's mass-produced MS. However, it was a fluke and not more than a propaganda to hide the declining popularity of Zeon's failure in the late U.C 0079. Awesome HG kit of Zudah as appeared in the MS Igloo OVA. It's a simple snap-fit plastic kit of Zudah that comes with all of his weapons used in the OVA.

Full Metal Panic! : 1/48 Armslave Gernsback M9 Sosuke Sagara Version

A serious note on Full Metal Panic with one of the coolest grunt unit. My first attempt on Aoshima kit is Sosuke Sagara's personalized Armslave Gernsback M9 in 1/48-scale. IMHO, Bandai still remain the most friendly kit nonetheless I very glad that Aoshima bother to give this mecha a chance in a bigger form. 1/48 is an amazing size that's comparable to any typical MG Gundam. Even gaps and lines are pretty obvious at some area when straight built, the kit is still relatively poseable with polycapped joints for varieties of dynamic action poses. Other gimmicks included an openable cockpit hatch, plus the two included anti-tank daggers can be stored inside the openable compartments underneath each shoulder. Quite an impressive range of armaments from shotgun, rifle, rifle case, cutter with sheath and Sosuke's custom assault rifle. Optional hands are also provided. Full Metal Panic is definitely a top 5 anime in my list of favourite mecha anime

HG MS-07H-8 Gouf Flight Type

Making its first appearance in the Gundam OVA '08th Mobile Suit Team' as a prototype mobile suit. One of my favourite mecha anime of all time. Improvised Gouf that hover on the sky without relying on flight craft. Unfortunately, Ramba didn't live to pilot it : ( Only a few in numbers deployed in escorting Apsalus and final showdown defending Ginias Saharin's southeast Asian base. Nice colour scheme like a fighter jet. The flight capabilities lies in the improved backpack fitted with more powerful thrusters and thermonuclear jet engines. Check out those propellers on the bell-bottom legs. An awesome weapon of Gouf flight really is the gattling gun mounted to shield. 

This is considerably an old HG kit and the proportion slightly bigger than the later HGUC kits. I'm reviewing one that was built and modified by Kenny Ang. As u can see the antenna on head was sharpened so fine that I was afraid of breaking any fragile parts. There was a lot of putty applied and filing done to remove the seam lines. Of course, fully air brushed and weathered. If you are a fan of Zeon suits then you will love it.
