Customized MG Full Armoured GM

In the world of Gundam and by U.C 0080, E.F.S.F had a handful of experienced MS pilot still fresh after the OYW. Still the Federation preferred using new pilot of new-type ability over veteran who had gotten too used piloting GM and hard to kick off those grunt habit. But if given more resources, more FA GM like my customed built such be made.

If Gundam has it Full Armour (FA) version, I think GM deserved its own too. To think that it wasn't too difficult on this. All I need to give FA (Full Armour) Gundam NT-1 Alex new set of GM related decals and a head change. I had decided on using a GM Type-C as it's more dimensional and it goes well with bulky body frame like my mod MG Powered GM. I had sprayed the GM head white and used transparent blue marker on the visor. Now, I have a GM with steel plates that looks like panzer tank. One that is equally as  bulky as MG Powered GM. Just that it would be a bit awkward to place Club-B Christina Mackenzie 3.5" trading figure beside it.

Dragon Ball Z Kai - Vegeta Hero Dragon Series Figure

When it comes to anime badass, Vegeta of Dragonball Z definitely deserve the consolation. The meaning of A to this prince of Saiyan got to be 'Arrogance'. On the other hand, some might empathized with him for being ignorant of his father's murder and manipulated by Frieza. It's always a love and hate feeling towards Vegeta however he's definitely stronger playing the villain role. I'm have a weakness for an DBZ in Saiyan suit so a grab when I saw it on offer during a of those Takashimaya crazy toy sales. Soft vinyl figure is most related to Ultraman in my childhood memories. In those days, simple figure with much affordable pricing till today, like this already brought a lot of fun and imagination play.

Vegeta Hero Dragon Series Figure was released in 2009 in line with the enhanced Dragonball Z Kai anime. The figure came with a card of Vegata profile. An almost fix pose with only rotatable hands and hip. The elongated shoulder pad of Vegeta's Saiyan suit had restricted the arm full rotation. The traditional Saiyan suit and the tail wrapped around the waist had suggested the timeline was when Vegeta and Nappa were sent to destroy earth. Vegeta is actually a short dude so he probably set his hairstyle pointy for that extra height.

Saeko Busujima H.O.T.D Dragon Age Supplement Figure

Saeko Busujima (毒島冴子, Busujima Saeko) is definitely the 'Highschool of the Dead' heroine fans wanted to have as a figurine. She possesses the strength of master kendo and act as calm as a cat under the zombie apocalypse. Strong-willed but at appropriate times, frail by revealing her gentle feminine side which made her so lovable. At a good budget, one can have pretty decent, Saeko Busujima figure as a 'Dragon Age Magazine' supplement #118, released in July 2011. 'Dragon Age Magazine' is Japanese serialized magazine comprises, chapters of various manga series. This magazine will have a sticker pasted stating "Unsuitable for Children' can be found at local Kinokuniya bookstore.

This supplement in the size of a trading figure nicely captured the confidence of Saeko in her battle mode. With her head slight tilted with her long, straight and shiny purple hair flowing to the breeze. Facial sculpt to anime correct from Saeko's sharp facial, those sparkling blue eyes and noticeable triangular fringes. Donned in her Fujimi High School uniform, many would be indulged in the infatuation of kawaii school girl with lust of her sizable boobs. Those additional elbow and knee guard pads made her even more sucker punch.

What's more was Saeko in her kneeling fan service pose, totally sexy looking thru slit (for better mobility) on her mini skirt and at the same time showing the string of her thong on the right thigh as well as those long lacy purple stockings. The battle guard boots with heels goes perfectly well with Saeko's long legs. Saeko is ready to kill some zombies holding her samurai sword on her right hand wearing purple glove and scabbard on the left hand.

EVA-02 Production Model Xebec Kaiyodo

A stylish image of EVA-02 figure manufactured by Kaiyodo XEBEC Toys, sculpted by Katsuhisa Yamaguchi in addition of new paint scheme of devilish sizzling red and fiery orange to heat up Asuka Langley's favourite giant robot. Weathering effects or shadings along those intricate trim lines had as added more contours and realistic feel.

The 8" (taller if not for the hunch) Xebec toy line by Kaiyodo seems like the predecessor of Revoltech in a bigger scale (which is a better size IMHO), pay more attention on the sculpt and vivid paint job in particular. It's also one of those few Neon Evangelion figures that come in such over-sized blister card (Probably a box would be more appropriate). Kaiyodo certainly put smiles on those having this figure with an incredible range of arsenal from machine gun, magnum to melee weapon like the samurai sword and progressive knife (which resemble a pen knife). Optional hands and plug cable were included as well.

One of the drawbacks in would be the limitation in posing due to having only 15 points of articulation. The pose is mainly restricted to wide legs apart stances though kneeling poses are possible. Another flaw would be the figure's tendency of falling forward, blaming the unbalance center of gravity. Nevertheless, it's a great figure and the details kind of make up for it.
